Caring
The TaB Church strives to help people to grow and learn as Christians, through mutual support and care. We do this through:
- Christian Church activities that help people deepen their faith in God
- Effective small groups that links the Christian faith to everyday life
- Deliver teachings and training on the challenges of Christian life
- Making our Church, facilities and resources available for use to those within our community
- Constantly scanning our environment to identify needs and opportunity to help and support others
Service
The TaB Church works in every way possible to be a good neighbour to people in need and to challenge injustice. We do this by:
- Discovering the needs in our community and responding to them
- Getting involved in service to the community through our charity and community projects at TaB Centre Plus.
- Attending to the moral issues raised by daily work
- Sharing with one another our concerns about things which do not seem right, or cause trouble in our community, or appear unjust
- Challenging injustice in our community and around the world
- Making the best use of our resources, premises and our money for service to the community in ways which are consistent with our beliefs and values
Sharing
The TaB Church uses every possible tool and media to make more followers of Jesus Christ by:
- Developing friendly attitudes towards everyone we meet
- Delivering a clear, straightforward and meaningful message to those outside the Church
- Attracting others to the Christian faith
- Learn about effective witness from Christians in other cultures
- Making our lives, premises and church more inviting and welcoming
- Planting new congregations the locality
